Cleveland Construction teams with Race World Offshore for the 2018 Mentor Offshore Grand Prix, July 20-22, in Mentor, Ohio.
The third annual “Roar Off the Shore”, Lake Erie powerboat race promises bigger, better and more exciting action than ever before, as the world’s top offshore race teams once again battle for victory just off the beach at Headlands Beach State Park.

Race World Offshore, LLC (RWO) is the premier sanctioning body for the largest and fastest classes of offshore powerboats with more than thirty years of experience in staging offshore racing and special events. For Larry Bleil, former President of the Conch Republic Offshore Powerboat Association and President of RWO, bringing the race to Mentor, Ohio is a personal experience. “My family is originally from Lake County and I spent many summers with my grandparents in Mentor growing up. The opportunity to support the city and the surrounding area through our race is a special privilege for me.” states, Bleil.
The annual offshore powerboat races have been one of the most popular events in Northeast Ohio for the past two years and the 2018 Mentor Offshore Grand Prix promises to be the most exciting yet.
